Albasa is many years in the making, beginning in the kitchens of Jevinik restaurant in Nigeria where the art of authentic cooking was honed and then to my kitchen here in the US where I was left searching for convenient ways of making our delicious Nigerian recipes for my family. Even though, like many, I have a love for food and cooking, life and time often get in the way of enjoying delicious home cooked meals. So, with years of research and development, I am able to share Albasa with you, and my team and I are committed to expanding our product line to offer more convenient yet authentic African products.
