Very tasty

This is very convenient—everything is included, and you just need to add water. The only thing I missed was the egusi lumps. Normally, I would fry the egusi to retain some lumps, but in this case, I couldn’t. Still, it came out very delicious.

Directions

Ingredients

2lbs stew beef
1lb smoked fish
½  tsp salt
1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
¾ cup palm oil
6 cups water
1 package Albasa Egusi Soup Mix

Instruction

  1. Add beef, salt, bouillon, and 1 cup of water to a medium pot. 
  2. Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
  3. Remove meat and set aside
  4. Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil.
  5. Quickly stir in Egusi mix and meat. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
  6. Add smoked fish, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
