Directions

Cook up a delicious hearty homemade soup with our authentic egusi soup mix. Simply add water, oil, and any meat of your choice. Enjoy our low-carb Caulifufu.

Ingredients

2lbs stew beef
1lb smoked fish
½  tsp salt
1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
¾ cup palm oil
6 cups water
1 package Albasa Egusi Soup Mix

Instruction

  1. Add beef, salt, bouillon, and 1 cup of water to a medium pot. 
  2. Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
  3. Remove meat and set aside
  4. Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil.
  5. Quickly stir in Egusi mix and meat. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
  6. Add smoked fish, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
