The food is okay packing is not.

Please package these items properly. I received my package stuffed in a tiny package in my mail boxe with holes on the outer package and what looked like a foot print on the outer package. Very thin packaging. This is food. Package with care in a box preferably. I haven't tried all yet. The Egusi is okay.

Very delish

The stew, vegetable and egusi are delish. Where have you guys been all my life!!! I went out of town to Houston and found them at an African grocery store. I ordered more as soon as I got back home. I will definitely order more once the government shutdown is over as I am a federal employee. Can you believe that my daughter even eats the egusi cold? That’s how delish it is. Bravo guys!

Enjoy Albasa’s deliciously hot pepper sauce traditionally as a dip for roasted yam and plantain, or spice up your meat, fish, and sides. 

Ingredients (2.39oz)

1 package Albasa Pepper Sauce Mix
¾ cup water
½ -1 cup palm oil

Instruction

  1. Add pepper sauce mix and water to a small saucepan 
  2. Simmer for about 12 minutes until the sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally
  3. Remove from heat and stir in oil.

2 ¼ cups water
2 ¼ -3 cups palm oil


Instruction

  1. Add pepper sauce mix and water to a medium saucepan 
  2. Simmer for about 25 minutes until the sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally
  3. Remove from heat and stir in oil.
